NOTICE OF TENDER

Reference No: AAO N° F_WAPP_05

The West African Power Pool (WAPP) has obtained funds within the framework of its budget and intends to use part of these funds to make payments for the purchase of ink cartridges, maintenance and repair of WAPP printers and copiers.
The West African Power Pool (WAPP) solicits closed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to perform the following services:

  1. Supply of ink cartridges
  2. Printer maintenance and repair

The award of the contract shall be conducted by open tender as defined in the WAPP Procurement Code and open to all eligible applicants.

Eligible and interested bidders can obtain information from Mr. Mouhamadou Salif DIEDHIOU via msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org and read the Tender documents at the address below from 9 a.m to 1 p.m and from 3 p.m to 6 p.m:

The qualification requirements are (See the Tender document for detailed information):

  1. Provide the certified financial statements for the last three years (2016, 2017 and 2018), certified by a chartered accountant approved by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants of the supplier’s Country (or equivalent), that reflects a balanced financial situation of their businesses;
  2. Provide supporting documentation to have already executed a contract of similar nature and size in the past three years (2017, 2018 and 2019);
  3. Have a printer maintenance and repair service and produce a descriptive document of this service, including the state of human resources (a senior technician with experience of at least five years). 

Eligible and interested bidders can obtain free information and a call for Tender file by submitting a written request by email to: msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org

Offers must be submitted to the address below NOT later than March 23, 2020 at 10:00 local time in Cotonou. Late bids will not be accepted.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders present at the address below on March 23, 2020 at 10:30 local time in Cotonou.

Tenders must include a tender guarantee, in the amount of two (2) million CFA francs. Offers must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the deadline for submission.

NB: The period of validity of the tender guarantee is 118 days i.e. 28 days after the expiration of the period of validity of the offer which is 90 days.
