URGENT -Postponement Deadline and Sending of Offers By Email - The Acquisition of Ink Cartridges and Maintenance and Repair of WAPP Printers and Copiers

Please note that due to Coronavirus crisis, the submission deadline for the subject contract is postponed. The new deadline is Tuesday March 31, 2020 at 10:00am Cotonou time.

Bids must be sent by email to this WAPP email address: procurement@ecowapp.org

Bids will be opened exceptionally behind closed doors (without the presence of the bidders representatives) under the supervision of the WAPP Procurement Committee. The Minutes of Opening will be sent to the bidders immediately after the opening.

Modification of Clauses:

IC 20.1 « A Bid Security shall not be required » 

IC 20.2 « The amount of the bid security is : Not applicable »
