The West African Power Pool (WAPP) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Regional Interconnection Project; Nigeria-Niger-Benin-Burkina Faso and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of computers and accessories for the WAPP North Core Project.

The WAPP North Core Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for 47 laptops, 7 all-in-one desktop computers and accessories (docking stations, computer monitors, mouse, keyboards, portable USB type C - Multipart adapters) to be delivered in Abuja ( Nigeria) within a delivery period of 60 days.

Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018, ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

After downloading the Tender Document, bidders must send an acknowledgment mail to: procurement@wappnorthcore.org  with the following subject: COMPUTER INFO, to allow their registration for information and notification purposes on the tender. The bidders are held responsible for not receiving any update on the tender if they do not send the acknowledgment mail.

Bids must be submitted through Email to the address below on or before July 22th, 2020 - 11:00 am, Abuja local time, with subject: RF001/ NCB/2020 POCUREMENT OF COMPUTERS.

Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened virtually (Video Conference) in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives who chooses to attend the opening session planed to be held on July 22th, 2020-11: 30 am, Abuja local time. Before 11:30 am, an invitation to join the video conference will be sent to all bidders who have submitted an offer.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing declaration.
