NOTICE OF TENDER - CASES WITHOUT PREQUALIFICATION

Reference: AAO N ° F_WAPP_03

RELAUNCH

The West African Power Pool (WAPP) has obtained funds within the framework of its budget and intends to use part of these funds to make payments for the acquisition of eighteen(18) laptops and five (5) desktop computers/ F_WAPP_03.

The West AfricanPower Pool (WAPP) solicits closed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to perform the following services:

  1. supply of laptops and accessories
  2. supply of desktop computers

The procurement will be conducted by open tender as defined in the WAPP Procurement Code, and open to all eligible candidates.

Interested candidates can obtain information and obtain the Tender Documents (DAO) by making a written request to the following electronic address: msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org with copy to: otfajemirokun@ecowapp.org and andorere@ecowapp.org

The qualification requirements are (see the Tender Documents for detailed information):

Technical capacity and experience:

The Applicant must demonstrate, with supporting documentation, that he meets the following experience requirements: having already executed a contract of a similar nature and size in the past three years (2017, 2018 and 2019).

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, tenders in PDF must be delivered by email exclusively to the secure address procurement@ecowapp.org no later than August 31, 2020 at 10:00 local time in Cotonou. Late offers will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened in camera (without the presence of tenderers) on August 31, 2020 at 10:30 am local time in Cotonou, at the following address below. Applicants who wish to connect to the link (Microsoft Teams) to participate in the online opening will send a request to msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org latest by August 27, 2020.

Offers must remain valid for a period of 120 days from the submission deadline.
