NOTICE OF TENDER - CASES WITHOUT PREQUALIFICATION
The West African Power Pool (WAPP) has secured funds within its operating budget and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under the Framework agreement number WAPP/AC/01/2021, relating to the provision of various services in eight (8) lots.
WAPP solicits offers to be sent by Email from eligible candidates (Individual Expert for lot 7 and Firms / Companies) for other lots) and meeting the required qualifications to provide:

The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum number of three (3) holders per lot, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and satisfactory offers. The duration of the framework agreement will be two (2) years renewable once (1) without its total duration exceeding four (4) years. According to the WAPP Procurement Code:
The procurement will be conducted by open invitation to tender as defined in the WAPP Public Procurement Code, and open to all eligible candidates.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, paper offers will not be accepted; PDF bids (accompanied by a tender guarantee only for lots N ° 3 and N ° 5 - lot N ° 2: 5,000,000 F CFA and lot N ° 3: 15,000,000 F CFA) must be submitted by email exclusively to the secure address procurement@ecowapp.org no later than March 29, 2021 at 10:00 local time in Cotonou. Late tenders will be rejected.

NB: Applicants wishing to participate in the preparatory meeting, which will be done online, must send a request to Mr. Mouhamadou S. DIEDHIOU at msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org no later than March 5, 2021 to receive the link to join the virtual meeting.
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the opening of the tenders will be done under the supervision of the WAPP Tender Committee.
Offers must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the submission deadline.
