is specialized institution of the ECOWAS, located in
Cotonou the Republic of Benin.

- A WAPP member country citizen (an employee is allowed
to hold a dual citizenship, i.e., a nationality in
addition to a WAPP member country);
- Older than eighteen years of age;
- Holder of at least the minimum qualifications and
expertise specified in the Job Description for occupying
the position ;
- Good conduct and manners; Not convicted of a felony
or a misdemeanor.
